Four Chinese Handset Makers Form Alliance

Skyworth, Guohong Communications, Dalian Daxian, and Shenzhen Malata Mobile in China have announced that they will form an alliance, which will create a new single brand to be marked on each of their handsets. The companies will also implement joint procurement soon and collectively provide after-sales services.
